Patón Typeface
Graduation project for the 5 weeks Type@Cooper Condensed Program in New York City guided by wonderful instructors such as Cara di Edwardo, Just van Rossum, Hannes Famira, and Alexander Tochilovsky. The work started on the premise of creating a typeface for texts, and the decision of making a slab serif came after the sketching exercises during the first days of the program. The typeface is intended to be improved in the future and create a complete family.
